The finish village of the MED MAX Occitanie-Saïdia Resorts, located in the heart of the Saïdia Resorts marina, alongside the main basin, has been set up since Thursday and offers permanent entertainment until October 7, all day long. Moroccan crafts, partner stands, folkloric entertainment, concerts, a restaurant area and a giant screen. On Friday, a traditional boat race, the Saïdia Rame, was held, bringing together traditional boats, old fishing boats typical of Morocco, the counterpart of the Catalan boats that had come to provide entertainment in the Port-Camargue departure village. Rowing alone, the courageous participants put on a show in the harbour, passing a buoy in front of the harbour master's office before heading for the basin where the racing boats are moored.
