I can't remember a sailing race in the south of France that attracted so many people!
It was too much fun to see families, children of all ages, curious onlookers and fans flocking to the quayside to applaud.
Thank you Kito de Pavant and the organisers for believing and doing it!
My Breton friends were delighted to be here, and were also a little surprised by the popular enthusiasm for the event...
And when, to tease Corentin, I said to him on the quayside: "I've never seen you smiling like that at the start of a race", he replied, full of humour and second degree: "Normal, in Brittany when you smile, you drink the cup".
