Mots du bord: Dreams as far as the eye can see

Hello, earthlings,

That's it, tomorrow is the start of the Med Max.
We're going to bed early, with lots of mixed feelings.
We're happy to be leaving. Can't wait to set sail and see how the year's work has paid off. Or not.
Our families came along with our friends.
We were really happy to see them and at the same time, we weren't mentally with them that much: it's boring to be a sailor at the start. The last sausage to buy, the weather files to integrate, the cigarettes after I'd given up smoking 7 years ago, the course modification to put into the navigation software.
How am I going to dress tomorrow, shorts or overalls? Our stuff won't be easily accessible with the matossage that Thibault loves so much!

And of course I'm always apprehensive about leaving. Casting off is never a trivial thing.
Yes, we can't wait to leave.
Kisses
We love you

Joël Paris
